With Kinsta web hosting we don’t have to care about platform or plugins updates. We get enough information by mail about our site status, and updates. The support is fast, friendly and always useful. Even if the issue is not within the Kinsta setting, the support team tries its best to resolve our issue by providing log files, ideas, suggestions, even articles from Wordpress community to help us understand. Therefore, comparing the service provided, Kinsta is not really expensive.

I moved to Kinsta so I was able to manage multiple hosted sites in one place for my agency. Kinsta not only does a great job with that, but it is also very fast. After the migration, the Google performance score achieved 91% from 70% for my website!

The only issues I found were related to DMARC issue and some email problems when migrating, however from the research I’ve done it appears that Google removed the freemail/webmail option at the same time of my migration, so it wasn’t an issue caused by Kinsta.

We have switched to Kinsta as a managed Wordpress hosting solution. From the beginning, the improvement in features available, quality of service and the performance has been significant. It is easy to use, the set-up process for the Wordpress website (production and staging)is very smooth and they offer fantastic customer support whenever you need it. I have to say that I am very impressed with the customer service, I think they are one of the best in the market (at least if I compare with my previous hosting providers).

On the other hand, although the staging environment is set up fast and easy, the performance is not as good as the production, so there are room for improvement.

I have used 5 hosting providers for my website and I usually had to spend a lot of money fixing performance, blockages and caching issues. However, since I used Kinsta managed Wordpress hosting I don’t have any more issues. I was a bit hesitating at the beginning to join Kinsta because I thought it was a bit expensive, but I had so good references from colleagues that I wanted to try, and to be honest I didn’t expect that it was going to make that massive positive impact on my website performance. I am even saving money now compared to what I was spending in hiring developers to fix my site.

Kinsta is perfectly designed for WordPress in order to maximise performance and optimization. It also provides a premium security service very effective because notify me of any security concerns by email even before the Update notification appears on my WordPress dashboard. Customer service is also very knowledgeable and fast, you can contact them 24/7 through Live Chat and they will get back to you right away which is great!

Although Kinsta is by far the best hosting provider I have used, it would be great if it had more options for blocking IPs and hostnames based on access logs and origin. Although I can block requests to specific URLs, subsequent requests from the same IP are not automatically blocked so adding more intelligent and customizable blocking rules, akin to fail2ban or rdns, could be a valuable addition.

I have been with Kinsta for many years and I’ve never had any issues or downtime. Kinsta is a fast and reliable premium managed hosting, specialised in WordPress. That’s the main reason why I decided to use Kinsta and although at the beginning I thought it was a bit expensive, I now realise that I get what I pay for.

Their support has always been helpful, although it would be useful to be able to speak to a person on the phone, rather than live chat.

Kinsta is a very fast managed WordPress hosting and very secure. We have not been hacked since we are using Kinsta, but before we were hacked 3 times using other hosting providers. I also like the connection with Cloudflare because it provides another layer of protection and rapid page load speeds. The only issue is that it’s a bit expensive, but well worth it.

Kinsta managed hosting is the best in the market. I’ve used several web hostings for my clients and Kinsta has been the most reliable in terms of site speed, uptime, security, etc. And I have used almost every hosting provider in the market. On top of that, customer service solved any issues quickly.
However, it’s not cheap. Personally, I think it’s absolutely worth it, and I have no issue with the cost but I understand that it could be an issue for others. However, if you want to provide excellent service to your clients it is the best option by far.

I have tried 5-6 web hosting providers over the years and I think Kinsta is the best by far because apart from providing excellent features, they provide unique features that their competitors don’t have such as:
– the option to use subdomains for staging environment
– if you need support you have one point of contact (unlike other hosting) which provides excellent service when contacted.
On the other hand, I think they could improve in some stuffs:
– they only allow to 5 manual backups which is a bit tight sometimes
– they have too many restrictions on backup plugins
– the “pro plan” only allows 2 PHP workers which is light compared to other hostings

We switched from a hosted provider to Kinsta as a managed Wordpress hosting service and the improvement in features available, the quality of service and the performance was significant. It is ease of use, easy to set up a Wordpress site including production and staging, and the support is fast.
There are only few improvements we could imagine Kinsta could do better. However, the integration with the Astra Pro theme need some improvement as we have learned that the copy between production and staging does not include the Astra Pro settings.
